2. Duplicate Payments

In the case of multiple payments made by mistake for the same subscription:

• We will refund the extra amount, keeping only one payment.
• All duplicate transactions will be reversed after verification and confirmation.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

3. No Refund After Successful Subscription

Once a subscription plan is successfully activated, no refund will be issued for any reason, including partial use or non-use of the service.

We encourage users to review all plan details and pricing before purchasing.

4. Special Case Exceptions

In rare and exceptional cases, a partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Such cases include:

• Payment errors from our payment gateway
• System-related malfunctions
